Hi Devita. It may seem like the cosmic law dosn't allow us to contact other beings but maybe we don't understand the laws enough to be able to. At any rate 'they' may be 'umong' us or helping uphold things without our current knowledge. I think studying how the laws work may come up with a solution. Possible we are being contacted at every moment but a blind person just isn't able to 'see' that.
