Science cannot prove the existance of something if it does not exist, which also makes it almost impossible to prove that it does not exist.
There are those that believe that god exists, those that believe that alien life exists, some believe both, or neither. So I guess when we have proof that at least one exists, then there will be no question. Using what we know today, which is most probable? The heart is a whole other matter, as well as the imagination.
