Hi Glenn. So we, and every sentient being are, part of this life or body of "God"? I would concure that life is latent in nature too. So the ultimate attainment in Buddhism would be this conscious connection with all life and with the true law of the universe. Since everything is connected then why can't some beings 'see' this? The connection must mean that everything or being is dependant upon all other beings as a part of the one whole. If everything is truely inter-laced then insanity must be the view (missconstrued) of seperateness. How can things be seperated and still part of the one whole? This must be a dimension of the mind or "manas" not wishing to percieve the truth. If we are indeed all a part of the one 'body' then we must each have our own 'job' to do within it. How can everyone become aware of this? Why must we be 'insane'?
