You mention the example of your door existing.
Its quite easy proving that. (Theoratically)
First you have to define attributes of an existing thing, than you must prove that your door has all those attributes, and preferrable you should prove that it has no extra attributes.
(Or you might prove it to hyperexist. or quasi-exist.)
