tenacious,
Do you have a solid understanding of why so many people have this dogmatic view of the world? Why in a time with such overwhealming evidence for it, would people not believe in evolution or the true age of the Earth. Why do these people accept things as fact just because a human told them it was the word of god? Is it just easier? Or is there something in people that makes them want to believe? Is it in human nature to want to be led? I really don`t understand why so many people have put their complete faith in 1 book without question. My major question was if god wanted me to know his mind and his heart why wouldn`t he just come to me and give me the knowledge. Instead of putting it in a vague book written by men then needing to be deciphered by men. Seems like a lot to go through for an all-powerfull one.
