God notes the fall of every sparrow, my friend, as does Nature. It matters not how you rationalize it, there is no heirarchy to the value of Life. It is not the individual life that is of concern, it is the Welfare of The Species. Eating domesticated livestock is of no consequence, but killing Black Rhino so that 80 year old china men can ingest the dried powder of the ground up horn so they can "acquire" their sexual prowess is.
Man was made Steward over the animal kingdom so he might provide for their welfare, not so he could eradicate them in his ignorance.
