My view is that we are essentially auditioning for a job down here on earth. Because there is important work to be done in heaven as well as on earth.

So those who get selected are those who best fill the open positions. I think the requirements generally are intelligence, humility and a cooperative spirit. You have to demonstrate that you are a team player who knows how to contribute without rocking the boat.
