Pain is the first level of learning nature offers in the classic tradition of B.F. Skinner`s view of Positive and Negative Reinforcement. Where and How did evolution come to Teach Awareness the difference between what was appropriate and what was inappropriate? What mechanism lead to the evolution of pain? Can the educational value of pain be indicative of Divine involvement in the course of evolution?
