I don`t remember ever hearing that Jesus was supposed to write his own Bible... the only one I`ve ever heard of is the one his followers were (supposedly)inspired to write. The idea is that though it is written by Jesus` followers, it was inspired by God, so it might as well have been written by Jesus. Also, how can God expect us to believe the prophets? Remember the guy down in Waco Texas? Should we have believed him? How do we know who to believe and who not to? And is it really just of God to punish us when we guess wrong? |
