Forgive me for my ambiguity. Jesus was a man, Jesus was God. By sharing in our humanity, through Christ, God allows us to share in his divinity. There is no other way. Jesus said in Mathew 24 that the days prior to his second coming "would be as the days of Noah". You may recall, that Noah`s Ark had a single small door, or entrance, into the ark. This typifies these latter days, when many will attempt to enter the "ark", through false passages [if you will]. Also, in Noah`s day, there was no shortage of scoffers and skeptics who no doubt searched for the door, when it was too late. |
