Does the obvious fact of intricate design in all of the universe say anything at all about a Creator? In other words intricate design should indicate an intricate Designer????NO?

If I can tell the difference between an arrowhead (which has obvious design and purpose) and a naturally formed piece of rock (even though it may have a randomly generally similar form) why is it so hard to see unimaginable design and complexity in the simplist living thing??? The most basic of all scientific laws (ex nihilo nihil fit) leaves us with only one alternative as near as I can fathom.
