I have got an impression that Urantia Book keeps axiomatic the equality between men and women. However, there may also be found some crystalline clear sentences of this matter, for example:

How did Jesus treat women?
"The apostles were at first shocked by, but early became accustomed to, Jesus' treatment of women; he made it very clear to them that women were to be accorded equal rights with men in the kingdom."
The Urantia Book,
Page 1546 (138:7.11)

Woman's Equality with Man
"Before the teachings of Jesus which culminated in Pentecost, women had little or no spiritual standing in the tenets of the older religions. After Pentecost, in the brotherhood of the kingdom woman stood before God on an equality with man."

Page 2065 (194:3.14)

Please also remember that the equality between men and women at the time of Jesus was far from the current situation.

The purpose of the Urantia Book is not to solve scientific problems but to give an idea of the world where we live and describe where we come from and where we are going. Please see some ideas:
