The discussion on your site is very unkind to animals. It appears that you have had little or no contact with them. To claim that dogs and other animals are robots is plain wrong. That makes the rest of your exposition rather suspect.

Besides that, the existence of souls does not mean that a god exists. Souls could be a completely natural phenomenon involving particles that we cannot detect. The same goes for thinking. Consciousness may just involve particles that we cannot detect.
