Life After Death According To Theosophy

Here is an interesting link to the thoughts on life after death according to Theosophy. It is very detailed. Essentially it says that if you are are righteous and somewhat spiritual person, after death you will be unconscious during the seemingly disaggreeable states and wake up in what I would call heaven.

Depending on your degree of righteousness and spirituality, you may stay there for years to hundreds of years if you are highly spiritual. But will in any case be reborn in a physical life unless you need not to. I forget exactly what those requirements are. But even then you may choose rebirth in order to aide humanity.
