For Example, Which Commandments Are Most Mandatory?

Also interesting is foiling those who take bits and pieces of the Bible to make some point,
If someone violates one of the Ten Commandments,
depending on which one,it can be the occasion for some others to obsess about bringing the "violator's" career to an end, while other broken Commandments merit a shrug or even a reward from the same ones who obsessed.

The same ones who say,"They're not the Ten Suggestions," cannot give a satisfactory answer to this question:
Which Commandments merit most stringent enforcement, by whom, by what process, and if such power is vested in, for example, Ken Starr, how do we keep the process from being corrupted by worldly ambitions?
