The Bible says that if we learn about Gods’ character and desire it he will give it to us.
First in part here and then at death we will be given that portion of his character in full.
Our part is to answer the question, do we want it?
We make this evident by pursuing it.

No one improves by accident.

You have to work at it.

This is a choice of your will and not your genetics or your past.

So you see, if you go to Hell it was your choice.
