Interesting Twist, That A Mind Must Exist

It does answer the question of how physical particles know how to interact when they do not even exist to begin with. Somehow I have always wondered if the laws of physics must be a priori.

The laws of physics are at least a set of information, say like DNA, that governs the behavior of proteins even before they exist. The question is whether a mind or intelligence is required. The laws of physics could be in some coded form like DNA that is not itself intelligence, more like instinct.

This is easier to comprehend if we believe that the universe is cyclic. Then the code has a pre-existence. But if the universe is a one-time thing, then something more like intelligence is favored.
