Which Hypothesis Would Be Incorrect?

I do not understand what is this incorrect hypothesis.

My argument is based on the fact that Quantum Electrodynamics gives a consistent explanation of chemical and biological processes, but it provides no explanations of the existence of consciousness. Do you think that is this correct or incorrect?
