to the past is impossible, it impys the creation of matter and energy and the destruction of the same which is impossble. If I go back in time I am replicating my mass in the past(a copy of molecules) thus creating mass and energy and I am anililating my mass in the present and possibly in the future.
Forward time travel is possible, matter and energy do it every moment but it is at a fixed rate. Relativity states that only the observer is affected by its velocity, not the observed.
Time travel is fiction.
