I am afraid you will have to be a little more specific in order for me to understand your complaint.

Metaphors are metaphors and I am sure "inexact" is an adjective subject to wide interpretation. Let us say an attempt to communicate is worthwhile even when it fails. I have certainly given you the benefit of doubt on that issue!

On the other hand, I am curious as to what claims you think I am making which are unsubstantiated. It would be nice if you would be willing to clear that up. Or perhaps someone else here who understands you could clarify it for me.
