The talk is given in the first commandment where a part of the commandment is to recite the "talk" while walking by the way. Other portions of this commandment require the "talk" when rising in the morning and reclining in the evening, and while resting during the day. Then you are also instructed to teach the talk to you children and always keep the image of the talk in your mind, on your foreheads and at hand.

What is the talk. Its the Judeo/christian mantra given by Moses and repeated as most important by Jesus. That is "To love the lord your god with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your mind/will."

It seems that this mantra is to be exercised as a chant, but the instructions are not explicit, leaving some freedom for individual taste. Personally, I generalize this commandment to include the mantras of all religions that speak and praise the name(s) of god, and do so while racewalking, while driving(but not to the point of spaciness), and at every other opportunity.
