Definitions such as tragedy or miracles are created by us, if the ants had an awareness like ours, they would try to exterminate us instead of the other way around, and they can hide better.
The true "mirical is that you or I even exist in a state of awareness as we have, the chain of life had to extend "unbroken" from the beginging of life on earth at least! That is a long chain, and when you imagine how many "breaks" ther were along the many chains ( those which made it to have offspring that had offspring...) and here we sit, have you left enough strands for your chain to have a strong chance at continuing?
Wierd how these conversations evolve.
