Look at how angry he got you. Then you respond and voila, he becomes the center of attention. I'm convinced that he thrives on it.

I suspect that if everyone were to unconditionally ignore him, that would be more unbearable to him than any hostile words that anyone could possibly come up with.

Of course, that's easier said than done! I myself have also gotten carried away several times, for similar reasons.

Still, I suppose that it is in the spirit of this forum to be tolerant, and (in principle) that tolerance would preclude such ostracism-by-consensus, even for someone like him who possesses such an astonishingly immense capacity to annoy.
