The Big Question

OK. I will not give up. Thank you Paul for your kind words.

The big question is whether my consciousness will survive my death. I have personal reasons to think it might that I am not ready to reveal yet.

Now what I mean by my consciousness is not what is normally meant by the soul.

My consciousness is my awareness of my environment coupled with my memory of myself, my sense of myself. I am asking if there is any evidence or thought that this restricted kind of consciousness will survive death. I think evidence more from science than religion is what I am looking for.
