Racism According To Michael W. Pearson

My comment was about Michael W. Pearson. Under the quise of 'quiet' he described racist people as more impulsive and less rational. However, that is exactly my impression of him. He seems to be more impulsive than rational. The evidence became rather conclusive with his response to mu 'On the contrary' post above where he claimed that westerners blamed for everything, especially racism.

For example, he has never answered a single question I asked of him, opting instead to ask more questions himself. Then again, so have you. Yuor statement that you share a middle name with Perason seemed rather deceitful.

My suspician is that he is a southerner who is still fighting the Civil War. In short, a redneck. I am pure Yankee as was Whittier. He as I hate racism in any form. My religion is the only one that never found slavery acceptable, and I am very proud of that. I am very proud that we opposed the Vietnam War before it ever started. We even opposed the French reinvasion of Vietnam.

I strenously object to Pearson's claim that impulsive people tend to be more racist. In the south, racism is systematic and consistent. You might say it is given a rational basis except that racism is so inherently irrational. These people are not racist by impulse. It is designed racism that is passed from generation to generation.
