Thank you Alan, I would also comment only what I consider the most important. There is a lot to think about, all these things cannot be said in a single post.

Systems like absolutely dynamic systems with changing structure may be said to be not mathematical because changing structures cannot be described by conventional equations. To say just something here, it seems that if an equation can describe the structure (like some fractals give net-like structures) then it cannot describe the change of the structure and if it can describe the change, then it cannot describe the structure.

Yes but even if physics can be described by such processes, it would not make much sense because it would likely be much more complicated to model processes in such way than in a conventional way. Natural processes happen by certain laws and conventional equations describe them well. So we probably only need a different approach for something what they call quantum consciousness.
