The just isn't possible to divide the world into theoretical and observable, as if such a divide exists forever.

I should say,"If we classify all things as unreal which differ from exactly measured accounts of the material phenomena they purport to describe, then we must call all our thoughts unreal, and all our records of our thoughts."
