As science moves forward and we know more and more about the universe, God's creation becomes more and more impressive and hard to understand. If God created the earth and humans, he also created the universe. Humans will never be able to understand the character of the universe, nor will we be able to understand God. Whatever God is, he/she/it is far beyond human imagination. Even if there is life elsewhere in the universe - those ET's are created by - and have the same God as we do. God is great - even if you are a Cristian, a Muslim, a Jew, a Buddhist, or an ET.
God is God of the Universe and its creator. That fact should make us feel smaller and God greater.
