It's Nothing Important Or Relevant, I Think

Dick mentioned a few times that he didn't like music. I asked him if it was because he had trouble recognizing melodies, but apparently he didn't even understand my question. If you don't know what a melody is, how can you know you have trouble recognizing them?

By the way, "tone-deaf" is not the proper name. The condition is called "amusia", although I don't know why they call it a "condition" in the first place, as the ability to enjoy music is completely irrelevant to survival.
