maybe: suppose person A measures U first; person B could measure D; then A measure D, B measure U; and so on till A had measured his 49th U interspersed with 49 D measurements; and B measured his 49th U interspersed with 49 D measurements.

Now A measures a repeat U say giving him 98 out of 100 as U (so 49 out of 50 as U).

And B measures a repeat D giving him 98 out of 100 as D (so 49 out of 50 as D).
