Presuming I am a Christian fundamentalist, then this is wrong.
I too think that the devil is necessary for the world to work,
but I do not think that Satan and God work hand in hand.
God can manipulate Satan like the wind can blow the snow.

The devil is necessary for me. I would not be here without the devil. I mean “exist” “be here”.
Bottom line -- the Book is the story of the restoration of the Kingdom that the devil used to be a part of.
