The test results and grades of public figures are available.
The mystery of life is a sky in which you may view these matters without hackneyed bias. If you fly in that sky, you will see that folks you may think are stupid are able to "serve" because some very pragmatic folks want them there.
I agree it is a problem where intelligence can help. But if one is a person who disdains the ignorance of power but cannot themself fly in the spiritual sky,
you're probably just a biocomputer that is both elitist and frustrated with its impotence.
