Infinite computational lattices
await sentient beings.
Infinite free will opportunites
await the excellent spiritual journey choosers.
(Infinite = the largest number you can
grok, plus one, and repeat that cycle)

"Misapplication of the scientific method has laid the foundation for the modern totalitarian state."
-- Hayek

It seems to me that religionists and materialists both misinterpret Darwin's mechanisms in a way which seems to make
primitive power games the most important
social convention. Those mechanisms
should not serve as a goal or template but a caution about what happens if we aim too low
and/or don't do our homework as a species.
The possibilities of sentience are enough to make
a genius weep.
The waste of sentience will be in retrospect the number one story of the Age if we keep doing it
that way.
