Zeno's Arrow Wasn't

the paradox i meant anyway. lol, i'd mixed it up with something else from having read one of Alan's posts where in he refered to Zeno's arrow but described the arrow as moving halfway to a wall, then halfway more, then halfway more....
so i don't even know what the proper nomenclature of the paradox is now or even if it has one... lol.
anyway it goes something like the scenerio above where you have a fixed distance to traverse but as you move towards the goal you repeatedly cut the distance forward you travel so that you travel forward in ever smaller increments. the question being is it possible to cut the increments in such a way while moving forward that you would never get to the goal.
