I Wrote An Abstract Of His Paper

One that would make it publishable. But Stafford choose to ignore it. The abstract is in the archives of this forum.

The work has a very interesting and new mathematical approach that should be published. He claims it is conventional math-physics. But I had never seen it before.

That's why I said it was his claims for the work that prevented it from being published. In getting a work like this published you take the humble road and let others heap on the praise for its real significance. If you do it yourself, no one will believe you.
