Hi,

If you are being sincere, may I suggest a visit to a psychiatrist? I mean no offence, seeing spirits is not a good thing if you're not prepared to handle the mental upset that comes with it.

I have felt the spirit of my dead grandmother once. From what I heard a lot of people go through a similar experience at least once in their lives. It doesn't mean you're crazy, it only means not all our experiences can be easily explained - hardly any news. But if you keep having those experiences regularly, it may be detrimental to your well-being, and especially to the well-being of people who love you. There is no easy way to get rid of the experiences; mental discipline is a good way to start but often it's not enough. Pills can help but they have side effects.

You have to find your own way, but the important thing to keep in mind is that those experiences are not good for you. God divided the world between the living and the dead, and if most people can't see spirits there must be a good reason for it. Don't let your fascination with the unknown, which we all have, become more important than the people who care about you.

Take care,

Aurino
