trying to be truthful (and "fair and balanced")
and by delivering coherent systems of thought,
I have demonstrated my warm regards.
Repeating it is a matter of personal choice which I do not second guess. I think I can tell who has warm regards by whether they honestly criticize with depth and helpfulness.
