Jibber-Jabber Is A "Harv" Word

Harv has diagnosed Alan, Dr. Dick, and Mike as mentally ill.
Tourist has diagnosed Alan and Dr. Dick.
Harv is ignoring Mike and so is Tourist.
Harv and Tourist both use the archaic term
"Jibber-Jabber."
Harv and Tourist are both anonymous.
Harv thinks folks should not be concerned about his identity. But Harv believes he should be
free to diagnose other correspondents here who are not anonymous as being mentally ill.
Harv probably does not want anyone to check its credentials!
