If NASA is depriving the Jovian Moon of "someone's careless" DNA, there is plenty of
time to do it later. If, as you suggest, life on Earth was sprouted by someone's carelessness with an interstellar craft, let's remember we can do that on Europa any time over the course of millions of years!
