Doctor Does Not Comprehend Distribution Curves Of Comprehension

While he purports to comprehend math,
he seems not to realize that his statement
that "Everyone should understand math!"
would violate any logical system (which we are likely to ever see) which could address how
math comprehension diffuses through a population
and how its varying amounts and specialties of
math would come to be distributed among the entire human population of earth.
This is just another in a continuing series
of oxymoronic statements wherein the Doctor
contradicts himself.
