my chem text of 30 some years ago "Foundations of College Chemistry" 2nd edition by Hein
is given as follows: "The size of an electron has not been determined exactly, but its diameter is believed to be less than 10 to the negative 12th power centimeter.
as an aside it's mass is 9.107 times 10 to the negative 28 power gram.
of course this basic text book was a simplification of some more sophisticated understandings brought about by quantum mechanics.
i for one go along with the idea that electrons are just ideas.

regards tim
