Where In The Bible Does God Claim To Be Its Author?

Hi Eric,
I would really like to know.
It is my understanding that the Bible was
assembled by clerics in what is now Turkey
in years around 325 D.D. Did God also write
the books that were left out, or only the
books that were elected by the clerics to be
included?
