and that denotes time, as does the word moment.

i like to think of God as unchanging hence timeless. but God for some reason expressed Himself (essentialy an expression of unchanging timelessness) thereby setting about change so that time became a meaningful concept. in this scenerio God's expression of Himself is the beginning of time.
well i don't fully understand this but some how intuitively it jives.
