How About Cosmic Time?

Some inflationary cosmologists are starting to refer to a cosmic time of a background spacetime that predates the start of our 'bubble univere' spacetime. Which, I think, is not to be confused with the quantum foam time that would have predated this background spacetime universe if quantum cosmologists are correct on what happened prior to inflation.

That's more time than I have right now.
