I do not believe that matter "outside" of time is suggestive of the properties of GOD.

What I believe is that matter could not exist (of any sort) outside of time. At all...

I do believe that matter can ONLY exist within the confines of GOD's and Time's presence.

I suggest that GOD and TIME began at the same moment (and not one before the other); That GOD or TIME could not have existed without each other's presence. They were born from "Nothing". By the way, I use the term "moment" which is reflective/representative of "No Time" or "Before Time". I am of the belief that a moment can be representative of "No Time" and without "reason".
