Let us step away from this localized (U.S. Based) soap and discuss an overseas matter.

Some of the members of the Hong Kong Government are in trouble...

Some of the troubled members names:

1. Tung Chee-hwa - Chief Executive -Leader
2. Antony Leung. - Financial

Two problems that Hong Kong faces:

1. SARS
2. The Economy

Basically the story that I read (CNN) said that Tung did not open up his mouth quick enough regarding SARS and is being asked to step down because of it. Next, Leung cannot revive the economy, mostly because of SARS, and Leung is avoiding the new "Heavy" tax on autos that he imposed on the people himself. Thats the nuts and bolts of it.

Resolution:

Tung and Leung should simply swap responsibilities. Somehow I believe that Leung would handle SARS better and Tung would be less depressed handling finances.

That is all.
