Should be:

In other words, a belief can be justified not only if you have coherent and corresponding evidence that you have a billion dollars, but if this claim is in dispute (by you) and you feel satisfied that you are right in this dispute.

I made this correction since I'm talking about justification and just citing that we actually have a billion dollars is not sufficient for a justification account of truth.
