I wonder what you think about how religious services fit into all this. If your sins are forgiven in church, as they sometimes say, or if your spirit is refreshed by the hymns and prayers, then would you be redeemed from some of your intertia toward lower climes?

Mark Twain wrote about relationsips in this life and how they'd continue in heaven in "Extract from Captain Stormfield's Visit to Heaven."
