That’s not what I said. These are the rights an accused has, that I know of:

- Freedom of defense
- Equality before law
- Thorough investigation
- Publicity of trials

Human rights in Islam in general are amazing. Here are some:

- Security of life and property (in wars,
only combatants can be killed)
- Sanctity and security of private life
- The security of personal freedom
- The right to protest against tyranny
- Protection of honor
- Freedom of expression
- Freedom of conviction
- The right to participate in the affairs
of the state

Are there any other answers needed?
