Mike, I want to try and avoid in getting involved in taking a position in any personal criticisms between people other than to say that such conflict should stop. I think the best way it should stop is by posters to get off your back and stop distracting you with their needless criticisms of you. Helping to resolve a conflict is more successful if you concentrate on the way an argument is conducted (e.g., focus on personal criticisms) versus what is being discussed. If all of us concentrate on what is being discussed, we lose the big picture of how such conflicts are counter productive to an enjoyable participation in this forum. That's what this is supposed to be - FUN. How can it be fun when personal attacks are happening? |
